Music and movement have been demonstrated to be effective for accessing creativity and personal/ spiritual growth, as well as creating stress relief and balance. Join us for this free program at the Chrysalis Gathering Space in Richmond, designed to help you pause, relax and rejuvenate.

All workshops use process work and provide an opportunity for individuals and groups to work with and develop tools that are can include the following issues:
